Authentic business photos for international companies

I was allowed to create the first business portraits and team shots for the TMF Group in Frankfurt. What was also evident in the shoot, the team in Germany is international and so there was also a relaxed atmosphere on the photo set. Participants came from a variety of disciplines. TMF Germany’s global clients are served by experts and specialists in the fields of payroll accounting, tax consulting and law.

Business photos for an international corporation

The team is diverse, with employees of different nationalities working here. The goal of the photo shoot was to capture new, appealing photos for the company website as well as photo spreads in the workplace and in action. During the photo shoot for this international company, I noticed that there was respectful and supportive interaction among colleagues. Also the preparation before and during the photo shoot was very professionally prepared by the TMF team, so that the whole day could also be relaxed.

In advance, I looked at the offices and conducted initial test photos with different backgrounds with the client. Every background has a different effect and it was important to find a good background for all participants that could also be used in a versatile way for the imagery. The photo shoot is always coordinated in such a way that the employees can also arrange their daily routine in such a way that they could continue to work and take photos at the same time.

Each participant gets a predefined time slot and the possibility to make further changes on set like changing the outfit e.g. different color combination, photos with and without tie. Since the shots are transferred immediately on the set, each participant gets the chance to choose their first photos right away.

Quick test and hygiene measures at the photoset

Quick tests were carried out on the set and all safety measures were also implemented with the other hygiene measures such as distance and mask, so that 12 participants could be photographed without any problems.
